The highly anticipated EP from South Florida-based MC, Xali is finally out now. In his first commercial release, Xali puts it all on record to deliver a revealing, personal look at his life and features solid co-stars as well. This EP marks the first release under his new distribution partnership with Valholla Entertainment and his imprint, SoFloHipHop.
“The R.E.D. EP (The RealEveryDay EP) is the display of a mindset through personal experiences,” Xali explains. “These songs are a result of hardship I have experienced/witnessed since living on my own. With the intention of connecting to the youth and modern day hip hop culture, I blend direct messages from true stories over a more modern and relevant production.
Every conscious has a dark side, The knowledge I usually express in my music is what I use to maintain through life and the environment I experience. With a sound that is very consistent with intentions of representing today’s culture not only in content but in tone. This project has capsuled the energy of the culture I live in.
