Independence Day 2, No Will Smith, No Problem + Trailer and Screenshots

Independence Day was one of my favorite movies growing up so when I found out they were doing a sequel I thought to myself… “I wonder if Will Smith would return”. The trailer for Independence Day 2 is out and Will Smith won’t reprise his role. According to Cinemablend director Roland Emmerich said he opted out because of his role in After Earth. Maybe this is true but I wonder.

After watching the trailer, it looks like it has the potential to live up to the original. We’ll have to find out June 24, 2016. Check out the new website for the movie, Warof1996.com.
